Common Questions and Important Information
How do I book a photo session?
To book a session, please text me via social networks or fill out the contact form on my website.
Tell me about your preferred date, time, and location. And I will get back to you as soon as possible! It’s recommended to book at least 1-2 months in advance to ensure availability.
I require a non-refundable deposit $100 to book your day, preferably via Zelle or Venmo. The rest of the payment should be done after the photoshoot, the same day.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I require a non-refundable deposit $100 to secure your booking and cover initial costs. This helps protect against last-minute cancellations and ensures commitment.
Rescheduling is possible only once at no extra charge, further rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Do you require a travel fee?
Most popular locations are covered in the photoshoot, but if you have a specific location in mind that is far from San Jose, a travel fee may apply based on the distance and travel time. Please reach out for a personalized quote.
How do I prepare for my photoshoot? (locations, outfits etc.)
I’ll help you with planning the photoshoot. Right after booking, I’ll send you my “Photoshoot planning guide” that includes full guidance on outfits, makeup, hairstyle and all information you need to feel prepared and confident for the session.
I do not provide outfits, but I pay a lot of attention to them and recommend where to get them and how to choose the best options. I don’t provide props except for seasonal shoots, where themed props are included.
I suggest my favorite locations for the shoot, but I’m also happy to travel to your preferred location.

Will you help with posing?
Yes, I help my clients with posing. I provide direction and support throughout the session to help you feel comfortable and look your best in every shot. I love incorporating lifestyle photos to capture natural and candid moments, as well as staged photography to create polished and structured images. This combination ensures a well-rounded and dynamic collection of images.
When will I receive my photos?
You can expect to receive your photos within 2-3 weeks after the photoshoot depending on your chosen package. I’ll deliver them through an online gallery where you can view and select specific photos for editing. You can also download the whole color corrected gallery or if it’s not included in your package you can purchase it for $50. If you want additional edited photos, you can add them for $5 per image. I’ll keep you updated on the progress and notify you as soon as everything is ready.

Will you post the photos we took?
Yes, sometimes I do post photos from our sessions. Sharing the images on my portfolio and social media helps showcase my work and allows potential clients to see the quality and style of my photography.
If you prefer not to have your photos shared, I can accommodate that, but it will increase the price of the shoot by $50.
Can we shoot in two locations?
Yes, we can shoot in two locations! This option is available only with the Gold package. The second location should be no more than 10 minutes aways. Expect to get a variety of photos, as we’ll have more time and opportunities to capture different settings!
What is the difference between edited photos and deep retouch photos?
Color corrected (lightly edited) photos include basic adjustments such as color correction, lighting enhancements, and overall tone adjustments to ensure a polished and cohesive look.
Edited photos (or deep retouched photos) go a step further, including detailed skin retouching, blemish removal, stray hair correction, background clean-up, and other refinements to enhance the overall appearance while maintaining a natural look.

What are the optional upgrades to the photoshoot packages?
You can enhance your session with the following optional upgrades:
- rush editing (3-5 days delivery) — $50;
- extra edited photos — $5 per photo;
- additional shooting time (one hour) — $150;
- private session (photos will not be shared or posted) — $50.
By booking a photoshoot, you agree with my editing style, which you can see in my portfolio. I edit each photo considering the location, time of day, and lighting to deliver a final result that feels natural and balanced.
